Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy show on television. Tarlov was born and lived within Manhattan, New York, being the younger of two daughters. At the age of 10-years-old, she began her career as an actor in the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th year olds who watched the show were awestruck. She studied for a year in Paris at NYU Tisch as well as took part in summer camps during her teenage years at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theatre. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and she was able to integrate the writing aspect of her act during The LAByrinth Theater Master class. Molly switched her winter black coat for a pair of glasses in black when she arrived at Los Angeles. She was not long before she was offered a three-word character on iCarly that attracted the attention of her parents. She has since done several shows on television and has created the role of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly says she's great at basketball, however she actually isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
